This construction method is primarily suitable when a cable or pipeline route is required directly next to an asphalt road (on the roadside) or also directly in the asphalt road. In the first stage, 2/3 of the laying depth is milled, and in the second stage, the cables or pipelines are laid to the specified depth using a cable plough. This procedure makes it possible to use the advantages of ploughing during the classical method of constructing pipeline trenches, for reasons of efficiency and quality.

The controlled horizontal directional drilling method is an environmentally friendly, low-cost and weather-independent alternative for laying supply, evacuation and empty pipe lines. Crossings and boreholes under rivers, nature reserves, traffic routes and buildings can be carried out without problems or only with minimal traffic restrictions. All surfaces, such as paving, asphalt, etc., remain undamaged when laid using directional drilling.
